Client Access
Our clients are issued a user name and password to access our secure website. This site gives you, the client, direct access to all tools necessary to facilitate the recovery process at all times.
Submit information and request individual updates to A.C.R.G., LLC and directly to the repossession agent assigned to your account. Retrieve updates from A.C.R.G., LLC and/or Repossession Agency assigned to your account. Place new repossession assignments either our by batch processing or single assignments.
Our website allows the agents to view and update accounts both to A.C.R.G. and the client. Only accounts signed to that agent are visible to the agents, just one more step to protect our clients sensitive data. If our client elects to system access, they also have the ability to communicate directly with the agent assigned to their account.
